{"id":28677,"date":"2020-12-14T14:52:55","date_gmt":"2020-12-14T12:52:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cins.rs\/?p=28677"},"modified":"2020-12-14T14:52:55","modified_gmt":"2020-12-14T12:52:55","slug":"threats-to-cins-editor-your-end-is-near-sut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cins.rs\/en\/threats-to-cins-editor-your-end-is-near-sut\/","title":{"rendered":"Threats to CINS Editor: Your End Is Near, S*ut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On December 2 this year, an unidentified person using the <em>Twitter <\/em>account <em>@Ivanbgd2 <\/em>wrote in response to a tweet by <strong>Milica \u0160ari\u0107<\/strong><em>: <\/em>\u201cMercenary scum\u2026..your end is near, slut!!!!!\u201d<\/p><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"und\">Fukaro pla\u0107eni\u010dka &#8230;..bli\u017ei ti se kraj fukso!!!!!<\/p>\u2014 \u0441\u0430\u043c\u043e \u043a\u0430\u0436\u0435\u043c (@Ivanbgd2) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ivanbgd2\/status\/1334101442832064513?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 2, 2020<\/a><\/blockquote><p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p><p>For that reason a lawyer of the <em>Independent Journalists\u2019 Association of Serbia <\/em>(IJAS), which is part of the Working Group for the Safety of Journalists, filed criminal charges to the <em>Special Prosecutor\u2019s Office for High-Tech Crime. <\/em>According to the charges, Milica \u0160ari\u0107 believes that her entire work as an investigative journalist sparked the threats.<\/p><p>The person behind the aforementioned <em>Twitter <\/em>account is being charged with the criminal offense of jeopardizing safety or other criminal offense prosecuted ex officio.<\/p><p>On the same day threats were made to Milica \u0160ari\u0107, the office of the <em>Center for Investigative Journalism of Serbia <\/em>(CINS) received a threat on <em>Facebook <\/em>from the user <em>martinajurjevic.10. <\/em>The person behind this account sent the following message: \u201cStop denying the truth Mr. <strong>Nikola Sandulovi\u0107 <\/strong>is speaking. Soro\u0161\u2019s mercenaries, justice will find you and very soon!
